Markus Nottelmann
Chief Executive Officer
Markus works closely with our management team, railroads and partners to drive adoption of our private wireless connectivity platforms. He has extensive experience introducing new technologies into railroad markets. He has held various financial and operating roles including leadership positions with Sperry Rail Service and Acuren Inspections, both subsidiaries of Rockwood Holdings, LP, as well as Furmanite Inc. and DMA S.r.l. Since 2020, Prior to joining Ondas, Mr. Nottelmann applied his broad experience as strategic CFO, leading several companies through strategic assessments, transformations, and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and BScs in Finance and International Business from the University of Bridgeport.

Menashe Shahar
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Ondas Networks
Menashe has over 30 years of telecommunications system development experience including the design and implementation of broadband wireless data systems. He has worked for top tier system integrators and service providers including WorldCom, Nortel, and ADC. Menashe has been awarded multiple patents in the data communications industry, and has been an active participant in major wireless standardization activities including IEEE 802.16. He holds a BSc & MSc in electrical engineering at Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Guy Simpson
President and Chief Operating Officer
Guy brings a diverse set of managerial, operational, and engineering skills to the Ondas team. After graduating with honors in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire (UK), Guy joined AT&T Bell Laboratories as a software engineer and was rapidly promoted to technical manager. In 1989, Guy joined Catapult Communications, a leading developer of telecommunications test equipment for the world’s major wireless equipment manufacturers and operators including Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, and Nokia Siemens Networks. During his 19-year tenure with Catapult, Guy held a variety of senior positions including Vice President of Applications Engineering and Vice President of Product Development. Guy was part of the executive team that led Catapult to a successful IPO in 1999.

Martin Paget
Chief Strategy Officer
Martin has over 30 years of executive experience serving the global railroad industry developing and applying mission critical signaling and control and communication systems; specializing in mobile field solutions, edge-to-cloud applications, back-office analytic systems, and integrating novel sensor and technology systems into a holistic solution. Prior to joining Ondas Networks, he held the role of Senior Director, Digital Product Management for GE Transportation where he managed and developed field maintenance and safety software solutions and applied innovative technologies including unmanned aerial vehicles, multi-sensor data and image analytics and ground-based robotics to increase efficiencies in the transportation industry. Mr. Paget has also held senior leadership and technical roles with Xorail, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Wabtec Corporation) and Safetran Systems Corporation (which was acquired by Siemens).

Kevin Nichter
Vice President – Product Marketing
Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the rail industry. Kevin’s particular areas of expertise include solutions for ACSES communications, I-ETMS / ITCM communication systems, CTC-over-ITCM, ATCS networks, 802.16t networks, next-generation HOT-EOT communications, remote control locomotive (RCL) communications, and CBTC radio communication networks. Prior to joining Ondas, Kevin began his career as Systems Engineer at Safetran Systems (now Siemen Mobility) where he designed signal systems and ATCS base stations. He later became Product Line Manager for Communications where he oversaw the company’s portfolio of ATCS and CBTC communications products. He then served as Vice President of Rail Products at Lilee Systems where he successfully introduced the company’s portfolio of communications products and services utilized in ACSES and I-ETMS PTC systems. During that time, he was also named one of Progressive Railroading’s “Rising Stars” of North America’s railroad industry in 2013.

Jeanette Chickles
Vice President – Customer Support
Jeanette joined the Ondas team in July 2021 as Director of Customer Support with a background in global customer support and software engineering management. She holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an Executive MBA degree from Santa Clara University, graduating with honors. Jeanette has an extensive background in the telecommunications industry, working as a Software Engineer for Bell Northern Research/Nortel Networks, a Lead Software Engineer and Product Development Manager for Catapult Communications, a leading supplier of telecommunications test equipment, followed by roles as an Engineering Senior Manager and Director of Global Operations for Polaris Wireless, a leader in accurate software-based wireless location technology for 2G, 3G and 4G carrier networks

Eric Brock
Chairman of Ondas Networks
Eric Brock is the Founder of Ondas Holdings and Chairman of Ondas Networks. Eric works closely with our management team and partners to drive adoption of our private wireless connectivity and autonomous drone technology platforms and services in critical government and industrial markets across our Ondas Networks and Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS) business units. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of global banking and investing experience. Previously, Eric served as a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager with Clough Capital Partners, a Boston-based investment firm from 2000 to 2017. Prior to Clough, Eric was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. and an accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSc from Boston College.
