Ondas Networks Inc., founded in Silicon Valley by highly experienced telecommunications executives, is a wireless networking company that designs and manufactures its FullMAX ™ Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform for Mission Critical IoT (MC-IoT) applications.
Our SDR technology supports IEEE 802.16t the new worldwide standard for private licensed wide area industrial networks. Our radios enable wide-area intelligent networks (WANs) for smart grids, smart pipes, smart fields and any other mission critical network that needs internet protocol connectivity.
Ondas’ customers use our SDR technology to deploy their own private licensed wireless networks. This includes Railroads, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Government entities. We also offer mission-critical entities the option of a managed network service.
Our IEEE 802.16t compliant equipment optimizes performance across a wide range for spectrum from 40 MHz up to 6 GHz. Ondas’ MC-IoT networks are substantially less expensive to build and operate in comparison to LTE 4G / 5G networks due to the lower cost of radio spectrum and a much wider coverage with a 30+ mile radius from a tower.
